Beth Short was not perfect, she was 22, and she probally dated a few men! However what person is perfect. That still gives no one the right to butcher them. I am sure she was no angel. Yes she probally put her self in some bad positions. Well Ok, enough preaching. I just never blame the victim. Elizabeth Short's killer was an experienced killer who I guarantee had many victims.

This is the first book I have read about the case..I bought it Monday and read it by Wednesday! I did enjoy the book, and found it one of those books you can't put down and like I said,it was my first read on this case....I too found the images disturbing and they made me very tearful and angry at the same time...seeing her in death made you wish you could have saved her.. In one of the images,it seemed to look like her soul was leaving her body,it just looked that way to me...going to a better place....
I loved to see the pictures of her happy & smiling and only WISH that she had made it to stardom and been blissfully happy in life....

i totally agree masked beauty! why gilmore is praised over is beyond me everything you said i completely agree with minus the picture part ive seen them so much im numb from them but seriously everyone get over gilmore!!
